Alyssa B. Dossick

Alyssa is counsel at the firm with 15 years of experience. Her practice focuses on corporate transactions, advising clients on a broad range of transactional matters with a practical, business-minded approach.

Drawing on experience from both Big Law and in-house roles, Alyssa provides well-rounded, solutions-oriented guidance informed by legal and commercial considerations. She is known for her attention to detail, clear communication style, and collaborative approach, and works closely with clients throughout all stages of a transaction.

Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, traveling, and staying active. She jokingly says her biggest accomplishment to date is running the NYC marathon, twice!
