Damien H. Weinstein

Damien speaks the language of business owners and entrepreneurs – because he is one himself. Clients love his practical advice that always toes the line between the legal world and the real (business) world. His approach is: advisor first, lawyer second.

Damien leads the firm’s business/transactional group, helping clients launch, grow, and buy and sell businesses in various different industries. The majority of Damien’s practice focuses on M&A transactions, partnerships, and complex commercial agreements. Damien brings his 10 years of litigation experience to every deal and contract he works on – something that helps him shape a strategy that balances risk, reward, and business objective.

Recognized as a “Rising Star” by the New York Super Lawyers since 2018, Damien has also been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Business.com, LegalZoom.com, The New York Law Journal, and International Business Times.

Always up for a challenge, Damien is working on earning a professional wine certification, which he insists is a respectable excuse to drink good wine. He’s also a soccer enthusiast, although much better at watching the beautiful game than actually playing it.
