Deborah Richards
Deborah “Debbie” is a seasoned Paralegal with a career spanning over three decades in legal support across diverse areas including labor and employment law, insurance defense, and commercial litigation. She also owned and operated a legal transcription business for a number of years. Known for her commitment to legal support services, Debbie is a valuable asset to our team.
Debbie holds both a B.A. and a Paralegal Certification from Rutgers University. She began her academic journey studying Music Education at Westminster College, reflecting her early passion for the arts.
Outside of work, Debbie enjoys cooking, playing piano, and learning to play violin. She is the proud mother of two adult children and shares a home with her husband and their three beloved cats.
