Jasmine Y. Patel
Jasmine is a partner at the firm and primarily focuses her practice on counseling employers on varied labor and employment law issues and strives to provide practical, proactive and up to date advice to her clients, in order to avoid claims being made by their employees. She assists employers with union related matters, including grievances, arbitrations and collective bargaining negotiations. She also defends against labor and employment law claims before both federal and state courts, and administrative agencies.
Jasmine has been selected as a “Rising Star” by New York Super Lawyers in 2022, less than 2.5% of lawyers under the age of 40 receive this award. She is also a certified faculty member for NACLE, providing continuing legal education seminars to lawyers on employment law.
When she is not providing legal advice and counsel, she spends her time chasing around her two sons and dog.
