Kelley Rutkowski

Kelley is an attorney specializing in business and employment law. She counsels companies and entrepreneurs on a variety of topics, such as corporate governance, sales & acquisitions, and employee relations. She also successfully guides clients through a range of common workplace issues, including state and federal wage and hour matters, whistleblowing, and claims of harassment and discrimination. Kelley takes pride in her ability to think outside the box and find practical solutions to any problem.

Kelley has a diverse background in litigation, which gives her a valuable and unique perspective when drafting contracts and other corporate documents. More importantly, her years of experience help her to develop sensible and effective strategies for clients – whether they’re already navigating a litigation or simply trying to minimize risk and avoid lawsuits altogether.

Outside of work, Kelley enjoys exploring the culinary arts – especially through cooking. Her passion for creating tasty (and often spicy!) dishes not only fuels her creativity in the kitchen, but also enhances her problem-solving skills in the legal field. She can never resist a good Law & Order: SVU marathon and although she hates to admit it, Kelley might be the last surviving viewer of Grey’s Anatomy.
