Noah Arenstein

Noah is of counsel for the firm has a diverse background that’s made him uniquely qualified in the field of hospitality law. Noah started his career at a boutique law firm focused on commercial litigation and bankruptcy before moving to the Innocence Project and criminal defense work. In 2011, Noah started his own firm focusing on commercial litigation and full-service hospitality law.

In order to better represent his restaurant clients, in 2013, Noah moved into restaurant operations, opening a BBQ restaurant, a sandwich shop and multiple Mexican restaurants in NYC. In 2020, Noah moved to Las Vegas to work at the Wynn, where he learned the finer points of fine dining hospitality and ultimately opened two restaurants on the Strip.

Over his decade plus in the industry, he has worked as a General Manager, Director of Service and Operations and Chief Operating Officer. Noah’s experience on the legal side as well as in operations is unparalleled and he brings this wealth of knowledge to his hospitality clients, advising them on all aspects of their business.

Noah is also an award-winning writer and has written for publications such as Imbibe, Punch, Serious Eats, Saveur and others. In 2024, he won an IACP award for Narrative Beverage writing and was named to the “Imbibe 75” list of influencers in the beverage world.
