Our Team

Rachel A. Dashoff

Rachel is a skilled paralegal who supports the firm’s attorneys across civil litigation and corporate matters, helping clients stay organized, informed, and positioned for strong outcomes at every stage. She is detail-driven, steady under pressure, and a trusted part of the team when matters are fast-moving and the stakes are high.

Before joining Weinstein + Klein, Rachel supported federal criminal prosecutions and civil defense litigation at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Virginia—aka the “Rocket Docket,” where civil cases move quickly and deadlines are no joke. That experience sharpened her ability to manage complex cases with precision and momentum, even at rocket speed.

Rachel earned her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University, where she served as Articles Editor for the Cardozo Public Law, Policy, and Ethics Journal. She received her B.A. from The George Washington University, majoring in English with a minor in Art History.

Born in New York City and raised in New Jersey, Rachel spent 17 years in the Washington, D.C. area (with a three-year return to NYC for law school) before returning to New Jersey in 2025. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, daughter, and cat, and is quietly proud of a well-traveled office plant that has thrived alongside her through most of her legal career.
