Susan A. Palius

Susan is a senior corporate paralegal, with extensive compliance, corporate, and managerial experience.  She joined Weinstein + Klein specifically to use her knowledge and experience to help owners launch and grow their businesses.

Susan’s career began with many years at Big Law, progressing from line paralegal to department director.  She then pivoted to work as a compliance manager for private equity, before spending five years in the legal department of a $115B asset manager. Most recently, before joining the firm, Susan served as the AVP and Governance/Compliance Officer at a global education company.

Susan graduated from Smith College with a degree in Art, and has continued her education with frequent museum and gallery visits and collecting and reading books and exhibition catalogs.

Susan is also passionate about purebred dogs.  She owns, trains, and handles her own dogs in shows and multiple sports, and is proud to have shown every dog she’s owned at Westminster.  She gives back though club membership, active volunteerism, and teaching, including chairing the golden retriever booth at the AKC’s annual Meet The Breeds at the Javits since 2016.“
