Thomas H. Herndon
Thomas is of counsel to the firm. He represents small, midsize, and large companies, along with their owners, in general commercial litigation, general corporate and corporate governance, and trusts and estates litigation matters. He also represents companies, entertainers, and athletes in litigation and transactions related to sports and entertainment.
Areas of Practice:
- General Commercial Litigation: Thomas handles cases involving winding down corporate businesses, initiating and defending actions against shareholders for corporate waste, breaches of fiduciary duties, and unfair business practices. He litigates adversarial proceedings in bankruptcy court. Additionally, Thomas manages multi-district litigations nationwide, addressing all types of disputes that entities encounter in their day-to-day operations.
