Karen Wachs

Karen Wachs represents businesses, professionals, and individuals in a broad range of transactional, corporate, commercial real estate, and litigation matters. Drawing on experience as both a litigator and transactional attorney, she provides practical, strategic counsel that helps clients identify risks, navigate complex legal issues, and achieve their business objectives.

Her practice includes business formation and governance, contract drafting and negotiation, and the preparation of key corporate documents, including bylaws, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and buy-sell agreements. She also advises clients on a wide variety of commercial real estate matters, including the purchase and sale of commercial properties, as well as the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial leases.

Karen has been recognized as a New Jersey Super Lawyers honoree for several consecutive years. She is actively involved with the New Jersey State Bar Association, where she serves as Co-Director of the Solo and Small Firm Section, and is Chair of Virtual Programming for Women Owned Law.
